Rent is due on the 1st of every month, payable in full.  If you’d like to make payment on our portal please contact laura@sullivanre.net.

We offer limited parking at a few of our properties for the tenants that reside at those specific properties.  The properties with parking are:

84-90 Corey Road-Brighton

In addition, tenants who live in Allston and Brighton can obtain a street parking sticker from Boston City Hall.  Your vehicle must be registered in Mass to obtain this sticker.

You will need proof of residency and your vehicle information; please contact Boston City Hall for directions and hours.

You will receive a digital copy of your lease once it has been signed.

1. You will remain financially responsible for your apartment through the remainder of your lease term or until the apartment has been rented again, whichever comes first. Please provide us with plenty of advance written notice of your intent to break your lease so that we may begin showings and relet your apartment. Please include your contact information on your email.
2. You may not sublet the apartment on your own, but we will consider any prospective tenant you bring to our attention. Sullivan & Company must approve of any new residents.
3. Your cooperation will be required for all showings. We will notify you in advance via phone contact provided.

1. All tenants on the Lease will need to send us email indicating who will be moving out and of your apartment and whether you intend to bring in a new roommate.
2. If you intend to have someone new move in, we will send you the application form to be completed by the prospective tenants. These forms will need to be returned to our office for approval.
3. Upon approval of the new applicant(s), a new lease package will be mailed to the current tenants for everyone to sign and initial. Once signed, please have the new roommate(s) include a check for their portion of the first and last month’s rent along with the leases.
4. Potential roommates are not allowed to move in until all paperwork is received and approval has been given by the management office.

Please have each roommate email ntv@sullivanre.net with your address, date of move, contact information for showings and forwarding address(es).
